The Dutch Tax Authority is expected to release a new online form (OWR – Declaration of Actual Return) at the end of July. This form is part of the new Box 3 rules and will likely raise many questions. But for now, you don’t need to take any action. In September, we’ll tell you exactly what to do and how we’ll help you.
What about the deadline?
For taxpayers without a tax advisor, the deadline for submitting the form will likely be 12 weeks after receiving the notification letter.
For NAHV clients, the deadline is 26 weeks after receiving the letter.
So, no need to call or email us if you receive the notification over the summer. There is plenty of time, and we will make sure you’re well supported.
